All products sold by Office Furniture Outlet Inc. come standard with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranties can vary from 1 year to Lifetime depending on the product and the manufacturer. Please contact our office for a copy of the manufacturers warranty and contact information should you need replacement parts.
How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your product you must return it within 30 days.Products returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
- If the products are NEW, All products must be returned in the original packaging, and must include all parts.
- If the products are USED, please return them in the best condition as possible. We can refund, exchange or replace your order.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product and contact our office. A customer service representative will work with the manufacturer to get you any replacement parts necessary. All products are covered under manufacturer warranty. Warranties can be found on the manufacturer website.
