All products sold by Office Furniture Outlet Inc. come standard with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranties can vary from 1 year to Lifetime depending on the product and the manufacturer. Please contact our office for a copy of the manufacturers warranty and contact information should you need replacement parts.
How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your product you must return it within 30 days.
Products returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
If the products are NEW, All products must be returned in the original packaging, and must include all parts.
If the products are USED, please return them in the best condition as possible. We can refund, exchange or replace your order.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product and contact our office. A customer service representative will work with the manufacturer to get you any replacement parts necessary.
