Start with the room, not the table. Leave roughly three feet of clearance behind each chair so people can get in and out while the room is full, then size the top to what is left. Racetrack and boat-shape tops improve sightlines toward a screen at one end, which matters more than seat count in a video-heavy meeting room.
Budget laminate series in cherry, mahogany, driftwood and mocha cover most offices and are our fastest movers. Solid wood and live-edge tops with steel bases are available when the boardroom is doing real work on first impressions. We also stock matching conference and guest seating so the room reads as one set.
