Lateral files are the usual choice when floor space is tight along a wall and you want wide drawers; vertical files hold more in a narrower footprint. Both come in letter and legal widths, in steel or laminate wood-grain finishes to match existing desks. Steel storage cabinets with adjustable shelving handle supplies, samples and equipment rather than paper.

For records that cannot be replaced, we stock fire-rated vertical files and safes in half-hour, one-hour and two-hour ratings, plus high-security models with reinforced locks. Lockable medical-style files with flipper doors are available for practices that need controlled access to patient records.

Used filing is the fastest way to cut cost on a large order, and we will look at trading in your existing cabinets as credit toward better-quality replacements. Used and clearance stock is available in Southern California only.
