At Pacific Coast®, we are dedicated to making products of uncompromising quality and craftsmanship. This Pacific Coast® product comes with a Limited Warranty.
Limited Warranty: Pacific Coast Feather Company (Pacific Coast®) warrants to the original purchaser or original user that this product (a) contains Hyperclean® fill with dust, dirt, and allergens removed when manufactured and can be returned up to thirty days from the date of purchase if use is not allergy-free, and (b) will be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of three years for pillows, comforters, and feather beds from the date of purchase.
Exclusive Remedy: If product use is not allergy-free, return it to a place of purchase with a receipt within thirty days of purchase for a refund. If during the warranty period, this product has a defect in workmanship or materials, Pacific Coast® will replace the item of equal or greater value at Pacific Coast´s option. Contact Pacific Coast® at 888.297.1778, or email us at comfort@pacificcoast.com, for a Return Authorization number. In order to replace your defective item, we will require proof of purchase and the UPC code from the defective item. In addition, the defective item will need to be shipped to our corporate office at the sender’s expense.
Exclusions/Conditions: This warranty does not cover (a) reduction in the loft of filling material over time, (b) product that is not cleaned in accordance with Pacific Coast´s instructions, or (c) product that is used without a protective covering.
Disclaimer: This warranty is the only warranty extended by Pacific Coast® on this product. PACIFIC COAST DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE BEYOND THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY OR SUCH OTHER PERIOD AS APPLICABLE LAW PERMITS, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
IN NO EVENT WILL PACIFIC COAST HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
